I used to HATE running. In school I remember dragging through the mile run in gym class. I never excelled at sports. However, in my late 20's I discovered that I could enjoy running. Especially, while running outside and listening to music. Since then, I have ran two marathons (NJ and Richmond, VA). I enjoy training for half marathons during my busier schedule in this season of my life. (Although I do have plans to do NY and London marathons one day).
I would love to help you find joy in running. I am now offering Couch to 5K training. No experience necessary. I will train with you as we go from walk/runs to fully running a 5K.
